the one that was the same sign as my dad (libra) was 10 years of misery - the first maybe 6 mos of disillusioned psuedo-happiness. Don't ask why I stuck it out, I can't answer that myself these days.
Currently, I'm with a fascinatingly complex Gemini who shows me every day that he adores me, and I've been blissfully content for 9 years, we just got married April '08, but knew we were well matched about a year into dating. He's alot to handle, and he says in his 50 years, I'm the only one to be up to the challenge. ;-)
I had 9 years of celibacy and NO adult relationships during that time. Just raising my kids and healing from the libra's damage.
