The worst thing I have been called, as Virgo, is a FASCIST! This happened in a discussion long ago, in a Gemini-dominated territory where a brutal Virgo-basher hit me right in the face with that! I did not cry out for a dictatorship, I only expressed my view that inherited Scorpio-ability to focus + mercury´s brainpower makes the Maiden too tough an opponent for most Twins, who perhaps should gossip about nothing important with old ladies instead of annoying folks that have been compared with the ancient riddle-masters, the Sfinxes.

Then again, Scorpio always has been my greatest match at verbal fights - but I have to say...that I usually come out on top. Might be that Pluto square ascendant (Aquarius) of mine. He he. =)
But no, you're not the only one that's been persecuted. I find that being a Virgo is a bit of a curse - despite all of the good things about us, it's been my experience that there's still alway something about us that another person (regardless of sign) has an issue with. We're too cold, too much of a know-it-all, too quiet, too worried and anxious...etc. It's quite annoying, when you think about it. But I suppose that's life. -

That is exactly the behavior that everyone loves and hates about me lol.... I just know what to say at the right moment... When put under the spotlight. I'm always crossing my t's and dotting my i's.... (not physically though... left-handed... and not all that great at spelling).
A lot of people had told me to shut up cause I am too right, and they don't want to hear it. BLAH!
But I don't think by any means perfecto! There is always much more to learn.
Maybe because of the Earth/Water influence... most of the time, people come back later and say they took some time to think about what I said. It brings me fulfillment to see growth.
BUT DAMN... is it annoying! -

I have to confess that due to a liking for information I feel we are sometimes too informed and that puts us outside the pale as other individuals with less passion for information feels we are know it alls. Then we also have the ability due to the quick wit bestowed by mercury and our talent as a wordsmith to wound others with words in the heat of battle. But there is no way I would want to be anything else than a Virgo.
